プライバシーポリシー
tabi-lesson（以下「本サービス」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、 以下の方針に基づいて情報を取り扱います。
アカウント登録について
本サービスはアカウント登録・ログインを必要としません。氏名や メールアドレスの入力を求めることはありません（会話練習で任意に 入力いただく「お名前（ローマ字）」を除きます）。 なお、お問い合わせフォームでは、返信先のメールアドレスを任意で ご入力いただくことがあります。その取扱いは、後述の「運営者・ お問い合わせ・開示・削除の請求窓口」の項をご確認ください。
収集する情報
- IPアドレス：IPアドレスそのものは保存しません。利用回数の制限と 不正利用の防止のために、IPアドレスを秘密鍵でハッシュ化・短縮した値を 一時的に保存します。 ご利用地域の確認のため、ホスティング事業者（Vercel社）が、アクセス元のIPアドレスから国・地域を判定することがあります。当サービス自体は、判定された国・地域を保存しません。
- Cookie：利用回数を端末ごとに識別するための、署名付きの識別子 （セッションID、Cookie名：tl_sid）のみを使用します。広告や第三者トラッキングの 目的では使用しません。
- 入力内容：レッスン生成のために選択いただいた地域・学習内容、 会話練習で入力いただいた文章は、レッスン・応答を生成する目的で AIサービス提供事業者（Anthropic社）に送信されます。
- お名前（任意）：会話練習の返信候補に反映するために使用します。 ページの再読み込みで消去され、サーバーには保存されません。 会話練習の生成のため、入力いただいた文章とあわせてAnthropic社に 送信されます。
- アクセスログ：本サービスはVercelでホスティングしており、 アクセスログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、アクセス日時など）が Vercelのサーバーに記録されます。このログはサービスの運用・ 不正利用防止の目的で使用します。
- アンケートへの回答（任意）：氏名・メールアドレスは取得しません。 詳しくは「アンケートについて」の項をご覧ください。
保存しない情報
当サービスのサーバーには、会話の履歴を保存しません。ブラウザを閉じる、またはページを再読み込みすると、会話の内容は失われます。AIサービス提供事業者側での取り扱いについては、「国外へのデータ送信について」をご覧ください。
情報の保存期間
利用回数の管理に用いる情報は、種類に応じて最大48時間程度で 自動的に失効します。また、端末を識別するためのCookieは、 最長30日間保持されます。 お問い合わせフォームで入力された内容は、対応の完了（または最後の やり取り）から6か月で削除します。 アンケートの個別の回答は、「アンケートについて」の項に記載の期間で削除します。
第三者への提供
本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で、以下の事業者を利用しています。
- Anthropic社（AIによる回答生成のため、入力内容を送信します）
- Upstash社（利用回数の管理のため、ハッシュ化したIPアドレス等を 一時的に保存します）
- Vercel社（本サービスのホスティングのため）
アンケートおよびお問い合わせの受付には、Google社が提供する フォームサービス（Googleフォーム）を利用しています。入力された 内容は、Google社のサーバー（米国を含む国外）で処理・保存されます。 詳しくはGoogle社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
各社の情報の取り扱いについては、各社のプライバシーポリシーも あわせてご確認ください。
国外へのデータ送信について
1. 会話練習で入力された内容は、AIによる回答を生成するため、AIサービス提供事業者であるAnthropic社（米国）のサーバーに送信されます。Anthropic社は、米国を含む日本国外で情報を処理することがあります。
2. 現時点の当サービスの契約・設定では、送信された入力内容と、AIが生成した出力は、原則として受領または生成から30日以内に削除されます。ただし、安全性の確保や不正利用の調査のため、Anthropic社が内容を確認することがあり、利用ポリシーに違反するおそれがあると判断された場合などには、これより長く保管されることがあります。
3. 当サービスとAnthropic社との契約上、同社は、当サービスを通じて受け取った入力内容と出力を、同社のモデルの訓練には使用しないこととされています。
4. Anthropic社とは、データ処理に関する条項を含む商用利用規約を結んでいます。同社は、当サービスの指示に基づいて入力内容を処理し、暗号化などの安全管理措置を講じることとされています。
5. 氏名、住所、電話番号、クレジットカード番号などの個人情報は、入力しないでください。
6. ホスティング（Vercel社）や一時保存（Upstash社）、およびGoogleフォームでも、国外のサーバーが使われる場合があります。
アンケートについて
本サービスの利用後に、任意のアンケートへのご協力をお願いする場合があります。
- 取得する情報：アンケートへの回答のみです。氏名・メールアドレスは取得せず、ログインも不要です。同意のチェックと一部の設問を除き、回答は任意です。
- 利用目的：アプリの改善と、機能・価格の検討。回答は集計して利用します。
- 保存期間：個別の回答は、分析の終了後に削除します。遅くとも、アンケートの受付終了から6か月以内に削除します。個人を特定できない集計結果は、保存することがあります。
- 対象：18歳以上の方です。
- 処理：アンケートは、Google社のフォームサービス（Googleフォーム）で実施します。回答は、Google社のサーバー（米国を含む国外）で処理・保存されます。
- 自由記述欄：個人情報が書かれていた場合は、確認でき次第、削除します。個人情報は書かないでください。
開示・削除請求について
本サービスの利用にあたっては、氏名やメールアドレスを収集せず、 当サービスのサーバーには会話の内容を保存していません。サービスの利用で保存するのは、 ハッシュ化したIPアドレス、端末のセッションID、利用回数などで、 直接個人を特定する情報ではありません。そのため、特定の利用者に 関する情報を探し出して開示・削除することが、技術的に難しい場合が あります。なお、お問い合わせフォームで入力された内容は、運営者が 確認できる状態で保管しています。保存期間内のものについては、 ご請求に応じて、本人確認のうえ開示・削除します。
ご請求は下記の窓口で受け付け、ご本人であることを確認できた範囲で、 技術的に対応可能なものについて、遅滞なく対応します。対応できない 場合は、その理由をお知らせします。
お子様のご利用について
本サービスは18歳以上の方を対象としており、18歳未満の方のご利用は想定していません。

お問い合わせフォームでは、お問い合わせの種類と内容の入力をお願い しています。返信先のメールアドレスの入力は任意です（入力がない場合、 運営者からご返信できません）。ご入力いただいた内容（返信先メール アドレスを含む）は、お問い合わせへの対応（内容の確認、返信、必要に 応じた本人確認、対応の記録）の目的にのみ使用します。フォームの運営に 使うGoogle社のサービスでの処理と、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者には 提供しません。ご入力いただいた内容（運営者からの返信メールを含む）は、 対応の完了（または最後のやり取り）から6か月後に削除します。対応に 必要のない個人情報（氏名、住所、クレジットカード番号など）は入力 しないでください。
本ポリシーの変更
本サービスの内容変更に伴い、本ポリシーを変更する場合があります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上でお知らせします。
今後の変更予定について
将来的に有料プランを導入する際は、決済処理のためメールアドレス等の 追加情報を取り扱う可能性があります。その際は、本ポリシーを改めて 更新します。
言語について
本ポリシーは、日本語版を正本とします。英語版およびその他の言語版は参考訳であり、 内容に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先します。
Privacy Policy
tabi-lesson ("the Service") respects your privacy and handles information according to the following policy.
No Account Required
The Service does not require account registration or login. We do not ask for your name or email address (except for an optional "Name (rōmaji)" field used during conversation practice). Note that on the contact form you may optionally enter a reply email address. See the "Operator, Contact, and Disclosure/Deletion Requests" section below for how it is handled.
Information We Collect
- IP address: We do not store your IP address itself. To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse, we temporarily store a shortened, keyed hash of it. To check the region of use, our hosting provider (Vercel) may determine the country or region from the IP address of the access. The Service itself does not store the determined country or region.
- Cookies: We use only a signed session identifier (cookie name: tl_sid) to distinguish usage by device. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.
- Your input: Region and content selections, and text you enter during conversation practice, are sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) for the purpose of generating lessons and responses.
- Name (optional): Used to personalize suggested replies during conversation practice. It is cleared when the page is reloaded and is not stored on our servers. Along with your other input, it is sent to Anthropic to generate conversation responses.
- Access logs: The Service is hosted on Vercel, and access logs (such as IP address, browser information, and access time) are recorded on Vercel's servers. These logs are used for operating the Service and preventing abuse.
- Survey answers (optional): we do not collect your name or email address. See the "Surveys" section for details.
Information We Do Not Store
We do not store your conversation history on our servers. When you close the browser or reload the page, the conversation is lost. For how our AI service provider handles data, see "Sending data outside Japan."
Retention Period
Information used to manage usage limits automatically expires within approximately 48 hours, depending on the type of data. The cookie used to identify your device is retained for up to 30 days. Information entered in the contact form is deleted six months after we finish handling your inquiry (or after our last exchange with you). Individual survey answers are deleted within the period described in the "Surveys" section.
Third-Party Services
We use the following providers to operate the Service:
- Anthropic (processes your input to generate AI responses)
- Upstash (temporarily stores hashed IP addresses and usage counts to manage usage limits)
- Vercel (hosts the Service)
We use Google Forms, a service provided by Google, to receive feedback surveys and inquiries. Your entries are processed and stored on Google's servers, including servers outside Japan (such as in the United States). Please refer to Google's own privacy policy for details.

Sending data outside Japan
1. What you enter in conversation practice is sent to the servers of Anthropic (United States), our AI service provider, to generate AI responses. Anthropic may process information in the United States and other countries outside Japan.
2. Under our current contract and settings, your input and the AI's output are, in principle, deleted within 30 days of receipt or generation. However, Anthropic may review content for safety and to investigate misuse, and content that is judged likely to violate its usage policy may be kept longer.
3. Under our contract with Anthropic, Anthropic is not to use the input and output it receives through the Service to train its models.
4. We have a commercial agreement with Anthropic that includes data processing terms. Anthropic is to process your input on our instructions and to maintain security measures such as encryption.
5. Please do not enter personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or credit card number.
6. Servers outside Japan may also be used for hosting (Vercel), temporary storage (Upstash), and Google Forms.
Surveys
After you use the Service, we may invite you to take an optional survey.
- What we collect: your answers only. We do not collect your name or email address, and you do not need to sign in. Apart from the consent checkbox and a few questions, answers are optional.
- Purpose: improving the app and deciding its features and pricing. We use answers in aggregated form.
- Retention: we delete individual answers after we finish the analysis, and no later than six months after the survey closes. Aggregated results that do not identify anyone may be kept.
- Who can respond: people aged 18 or older.
- Processing: surveys are run with Google Forms, a service provided by Google. Answers are processed and stored on Google's servers, including servers outside Japan (such as in the United States).
- Free-text answers: if personal information appears in a free-text answer, we delete it once we find it. Please do not write personal information.
Requests for Disclosure or Deletion
In using the Service, we do not collect names or email addresses, and we do not store the content of conversations on our servers. What we keep for the Service includes hashed IP addresses, device session IDs, and usage counts, none of which directly identifies a person. For this reason, it may be technically difficult to locate and disclose or delete information about a specific user. Information you enter in the contact form, however, is kept in a form that we can look up. For entries still within the retention period, we will disclose or delete them upon request, after verifying your identity.
We accept requests through the contact point below. Where we can confirm the requester's identity and the request is technically feasible, we will respond without undue delay. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will tell you why.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Use by people under 18 is not anticipated.
Operator, Contact, and Disclosure/Deletion Requests

On the contact form, we ask you to enter the type and details of your inquiry. A reply email address is optional (if you do not enter one, we cannot reply to you). We use what you enter, including your reply email address, only to handle your inquiry (reviewing it, replying, verifying your identity where necessary, and keeping a record of our response). We do not provide it to third parties, except for its processing by Google, whose service runs the form, and where required by law. We delete your entries, including our reply emails, six months after we finish handling your inquiry (or after our last exchange with you). Please do not enter personal information that is not needed to handle your inquiry, such as your name, address, or payment card number.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will notify you of significant changes on this page.
Future Changes
If we introduce a paid plan in the future, we may collect additional information such as an email address for payment processing. We will update this policy accordingly at that time.
Language
The Japanese version of this Privacy Policy is authoritative. The English version and any other language versions are provided for reference; if there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
