本規約は、tabi-lesson（以下「本サービス」）のご利用にあたっての 条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく場合、本規約に 同意いただいたものとみなします。
本サービスの性質について
本サービスは現在、無料のベータ版として提供しています。予告なく 内容を変更、または提供を終了する場合があります。
利用資格
本サービスは18歳以上の方がご利用いただけます。18歳未満の方は ご利用いただけません。
AIが生成する内容について
本サービスで提供するマナー・フレーズ・会話練習の内容は、AIにより 生成されたものです。内容の正確性・完全性を保証するものではなく、 実際の現地のルールやマナーは、時期や施設により異なる場合があります。 訪問先での実際の判断は、現地の案内や施設の指示を優先してください。
会話練習で入力された内容は、AIによる回答を生成するため、米国を含む 日本国外のAIサービス提供事業者に送信されます。氏名、住所、 クレジットカード番号などの個人情報は入力しないでください。詳しくは、プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
緊急時の情報について
緊急時に関する情報は一般的な案内であり、実際の救急・警察対応を 代替するものではありません。緊急時は速やかに110番（警察）・119番 （救急・消防）に連絡してください。
利用上の制限
本サービスの安定的な提供のため、1日あたりのご利用回数に上限を 設けています。上限に関する条件は、予告なく変更される場合があります。
また、1人あたりの回数制限のほか、サービス全体の利用状況や運営上の 理由により、予告なく一時的に利用を制限または停止することがあります。
本サービスは、AIサービス提供事業者が対応していない国・地域（当該事業者がその時点で公表するもの）に所在する間は、ご利用いただけません。
禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します。
- 利用上限を回避する目的で、不正な手段（複数端末・複数IPアドレスの 使い分け等）を用いること
- 本サービスに対する不正アクセス、その他本サービスの運営を妨げる行為
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する内容を入力すること
- 法令に違反する目的または方法で本サービスを利用すること
- 他者の知的財産権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利または利益を 侵害すること
- 他者への嫌がらせ、差別、脅迫、暴力の助長その他、他者に迷惑または 不利益を与える行為
- 本サービスが利用するAIサービス提供事業者のポリシー（利用ポリシーを 含みます）に違反する内容を入力すること、またはAIの安全対策を回避する 目的で入力すること
- 自動化されたツールによる大量のアクセスその他、本サービスに過度の 負荷を与える行為
- 反社会的勢力（暴力団、暴力団員、これらに準ずる者その他、社会の秩序や 安全に脅威を与える団体・個人）が本サービスを利用すること、または その活動を助長する目的で本サービスを利用すること
制裁・輸出管理
1. 利用者は、日本、米国、国際連合その他関係する国・地域の経済制裁または 輸出管理に関する法令（以下「制裁法令」といいます）に基づく制裁の対象者 （制裁対象者のリストに掲載された者、およびこれらの者に所有または支配される 者を含みます）でないことを表明し、保証します。
2. 利用者は、制裁法令に違反して本サービスを利用してはなりません。
利用の停止・制限
1. 運営者は、利用者が次のいずれかに該当すると合理的に判断した場合、 事前の通知なく、本サービスの利用の全部または一部を停止または制限する ことができます。
（1）本規約に違反した場合
（2）反社会的勢力または制裁法令に関する定めに違反した場合、または そのおそれがある場合
（3）不正アクセスその他、本サービスの安全または安定した運営を妨げる 行為があった場合
（4）法令により、または裁判所・行政機関の要請により必要となった場合
（5）AIサービス提供事業者、ホスティング事業者その他の取引先から、 利用者の利用を停止するよう求められた場合
2. 前項の措置により利用者に生じた損害について、運営者に故意または 重大な過失がある場合を除き、運営者は責任を負いません。
免責事項
本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、内容の正確性、特定目的への 適合性について保証しません。運営者は、法令上許される範囲で、 本サービスの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。 ただし、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合は、この限りでは ありません。
知的財産権
本サービスのコンテンツ（デザイン、文言等）に関する権利は、 運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
規約の変更
本サービスの内容変更に伴い、本規約を変更する場合があります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上でお知らせします。
準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These Terms set out the conditions for using tabi-lesson ("the Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
About the Service
The Service is currently offered as a free beta. Its content may be changed, or the Service may be discontinued, without prior notice.
Eligibility
The Service may be used by people aged 18 or older. People under 18 may not use the Service.
About AI-Generated Content
The manners, phrases, and conversation practice content provided by the Service are generated by AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this content, and actual local rules and customs may vary by time and location. Please follow on-site guidance and instructions from staff for actual decisions during your visit.
What you enter in conversation practice is sent to an AI service provider outside Japan (including in the United States) to generate responses. Please do not enter personal information such as your name, address, or credit card number. See the Privacy Policy for details.
About Emergency Information
Information regarding emergencies is general guidance only and does not substitute for actual emergency response. In an emergency, please contact 110 (police) or 119 (ambulance/fire) promptly.
Usage Limits
To maintain stable operation of the Service, we set daily usage limits. The conditions of these limits may change without notice.
In addition to per-person limits, we may temporarily restrict or suspend use without prior notice, depending on overall usage of the Service or for operational reasons.
The Service may not be used while you are located in a country or region that our AI service provider does not support (as published by that provider from time to time).
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are prohibited:
- Using improper means (such as switching between multiple devices or IP addresses) to circumvent usage limits
- Unauthorized access to the Service, or any act that interferes with its operation
- Entering content that violates laws or public order and morals
- Using the Service for a purpose or in a manner that violates laws
- Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of others
- Harassing, discriminating against, or threatening others, inciting violence, or otherwise causing trouble or harm to others
- Entering content that violates the policies (including the usage policies) of the AI service providers the Service uses, or entering content to bypass AI safety measures
- Heavy access by automated tools, or any other act that places an excessive load on the Service
- Use of the Service by anti-social forces (organized crime groups, their members, persons equivalent to them, or other groups or individuals who threaten public order or safety), or use of the Service to support their activities
Sanctions and Export Controls
1. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to sanctions under the economic sanctions or export control laws of Japan, the United States, the United Nations, or any other relevant country or region ("Sanctions Laws"), including by being listed on a sanctions list or being owned or controlled by a listed person.
2. You must not use the Service in violation of Sanctions Laws.
Suspension and Restriction
1. If we reasonably determine that any of the following applies, we may suspend or restrict all or part of your use of the Service without prior notice:
(1) You have violated these Terms.
(2) You have violated, or are likely to have violated, the provisions on anti-social forces or sanctions.
(3) You have engaged in unauthorized access or any other act that interferes with the safe or stable operation of the Service.
(4) It is required by law or by a request from a court or public authority.
(5) An AI service provider, hosting provider, or other business partner requires us to suspend your use.
2. We are not liable for damages you incur from such measures, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, except where the damage is caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Intellectual Property
Rights to the Service's content (design, text, etc.) belong to the operator or the rightful rights holder.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will notify you of significant changes on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
